The best time to have a 3D/4D ultrasound is between 22 and 36 weeks. Before 22 weeks, the baby’s features may not be fully developed, and after 36 weeks, there may be less amniotic fluid, which can affect image quality.
2. What is the difference between 3D and 4D ultrasound?
3D ultrasound creates a still, three-dimensional image, while 4D adds movement, showing real-time video of your baby in stunning detail.
3. Is 3D/4D ultrasound safe?
Yes! 3D and 4D ultrasounds use the same safe technology as 2D scans, with no radiation exposure.
4. Can all 3D/4D/HD ultrasound images be converted into a HerView RealBaby™ Image?
